Shipping policies
At Natascha Trolle Jewellery we offer our costumers 2-5 workdays shipping. However, during sales or Christmas, shipping may take between 2-8 workdays. If an item cannot be delivered as stated above, you will be contacted within 1-5 workdays.
We ship across Denmark for a shipping fee of 69 DKK. The order will be sent to the address specified as the delivery address at the time of purchase.
We also ship internationally for an additional postage fee (this also applies to Greenland and the Faroe Islands).
Shipping is handled by PostNord or GLS.
Return Policy
At Natascha Trolle Jewellery, we offer our customers a 14-day return policy for unused items purchased from our webshop. For items purchased in-store or in our showroom, returns are not accepted.
The return period starts from the day you receive the item. You will be responsible for any costs related to the shipping of the return.
If you wish to return an item, you must notify us via email at [xxxxx]. When reaching out to us, please provide your order number, the item number.

Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order, please send an email with the subject "CANCELLATION" to xxxx. Make sure to include the order date and order number in your email.
Important: Cancellations must be made before 2:00 PM/14.00 on the day the order was placed. If the request is made after this time, it will be treated as a return (see the Return Policy section).
Rights of Withdrawal
All costumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day the item is received. The item must be in the same condition as when received and must not have been worn or damaged. Trying on the item is allowed, but if we at Natascha Trolle Jewellery determine that the item has been used, it cannot be returned.

Natascha Trolle Jewellery does not cover return shipping costs. When returning an item, a return form must be completed and sent along with the item, which should be securely packaged. The shipment must be sent with home delivery (we do not collect packages from parcel shops) directly to our business address.

Once we have received the returned item, the refund will be processed within 10 business days.

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal as a customer, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw the order by filling out our form (Notice of Withdrawal) and sending it to us by email at: info@nataschatrollejewellery.com
To meet the withdrawal deadline you need to send your notice of withdrawal by mail as soon as possible and send back the gods before the period of withdrawal has expired (14 days). It is recommended to save the post office receipt as proof of your delivery of the package to the post carrier.

Deffect goods or incorrect goods
If you receive goods that are defective or incorrect, please contact us by mail as soon as possible within a reasonable time after receiving the goods. When reaching out to us, please provide your order number, the item number, and a detailed description of the issue.

This policy does not cover damages caused by improper handling, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
However, if the damage is caused by incorrect use, modifications, or physical damage inflicted by the customer, it is not covered by the warranty.

Once the goods have been returned to us, we will resend the order, arrange a repair or refund the purchase price after we have process the return.

You will not be responsible for any return shipping costs related to defective or incorrect goods. We will fully refund the purchase price and delivery costs once we have received the returned items.​​​​
Warranty (For EU)
We provide a 2-year warranty in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. This ensures the customer's right to receive a refund if a product breaks within the warranty period due to manufacturing defects. Depending on the situation, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, or a price reduction.
The warranty does not cover damages caused by improper handling, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
If the damage is caused by incorrect use, modifications, or physical damage inflicted by the customer, it is not covered by the warranty.
